About
The Accounting & Business Association of College Park, MD provides opportunities for personal, academic and professional development for students interested in the accounting profession, through regular meetings, professional speakers, community service and social activities. We work with University of Maryland students to help them polish their accounting skills, find internships, and network to get jobs. The organization functions under the auspices and with the guidance of the Accounting Department of the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
This year’s Mentor Reception will be held in the Riggs Alumni Center Ballroom on Tuesday April 30th, from 6pm to 8pm. The program will consist of a single catered networking reception, however, we highly encourage students and associates to keep in touch after the event. Some ideas for communication after the event include but are not limited to office visits by the student, lunches, and informal meetings. Students who are interested in participating in the program should do the following:

2. Fill out your information and print the document.
3. Bring it to the next ABA meeting, on Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm in VMH1335.

Membership Requirements
1. Must attend a minimum of 50% of ABA meetings.
2. Sign up for the ABA email list on the right.
3. There are no dues required to be an active member.
